Our customer support team will reply to your email or phone call within 1-2 working days and guide you through the return and refund process. We encourage customers to provide their order number, purchase date and problem description when contacting us. If there are quality or damage issues, please attach clear photos so that we can handle your request more efficiently.

Ii. Return Conditions

Please submit a return or refund application within 7 days after receiving the goods. Requests beyond this period may not be processed.

The product must be kept unused and retain its original packaging and accessories. Due to the particularity of ceramic products, once there are obvious signs of use or human damage, they cannot be returned.

Customized goods (such as those with special engravings, exclusive designs or personalized patterns) are generally not eligible for return, unless they are damaged or have quality issues during transportation.

If the goods are damaged during transportation, please be sure to take photos and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Iii. Return Process

Contact customer service and submit a return application.

After the customer service reviews and confirms that the return conditions are met, they will provide the return address.

It is recommended to choose a logistics method with tracking function to safely package the goods and return them.

After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will complete the refund processing within 5 to 7 working days.

Iv. Refund Instructions

The refund will be returned to your payment account (credit card, PayPal or other payment method) along the original payment route.

Depending on the processing time of different banks or payment platforms, the refund may take an additional 3 to 5 working days to arrive.

If a return is requested due to the customer's reasons (such as incorrect size selection, personal preference, etc.), the shipping cost for the return shall be borne by the customer.

If there are any problems with the product itself (such as damage or defects), we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund.

V. Special Notes

All returned goods must be properly protected during the return process. Any secondary damage caused by improper packaging may affect the refund result.

If the goods you receive do not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will replace them for you free of charge or offer a full refund.

For promotional, clearance or discounted items, we will clearly indicate on the product page whether returns are supported. Please read the relevant information carefully before purchasing.
